Purchasing from this website implies that you have read and understood the below terms and conditions and therefore accept them.

If you change your mind for whatever reason, return the unused item(s) in their original unopened packaging to Sabre Leather Co, 54 Walsall Street, Willenhall, West Midlands. WV13 2DU together with the receipt and/or invoice and we will be pleased to offer you a refund - no hassles, for your total peace of mind.
NB -Please obtain a "Proof of Posting" as the refund, of any undelivered items which cannot be verified as posted, will not be provided by us.  (Please read our full information under Returns Procedure below)

If you have ordered the incorrect size, please email Customer Services at with your information. If there is a price difference for the exchange that you need, please place a new order for the size you require and follow the instructions above for returning the original product.  Once the return is received by us, we will cancel your original order.


All prices are in pound sterling and are inclusive of VAT* at the current rate. Payment can be made securely using one of the following methods: PayPal or Credit/Debit Card  and BACS via our Website, or by post for cheques and Banker's Drafts.  All payments are subject to validation checks and where required, authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment refuses to authorise, we have the right to cancel the order.

* UK VAT is automatically removed from non UK destinations when selecting overseas delivery options.


We aim to dispatch all products listed in a timely fashion, however, due to Covid restrictions etc, this may take longer than is usual.  All Special/Bespoke type orders can now take up to 21 days for completion.


UK:  The majority of our deliveries within the UK are made within 5 working days of payment authorisation. Usually  all Uk and N. Ireland areas are sent by Royal Mail 1st. Class Signed For (Tracked), unless the order is of a significantly heavy weight or size; when it will be sent via Parcel Force/DHL/DPD etc. (Tracked and Signed For)

A delivery charge will be calculated on your order weight and added to your shopping basket.

Overseas:  The majority of goods will be dispatched using the Royal Mail's International Tracked & Signed For service, average delivery time is between 5 - 10 working days; this is not a guaranteed delivery time.  Express shipments to overseas countries can be arranged at extra cost, please contact us for a quote.

A delivery charge is calculated on the weight and the delivery Country.

 Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods that are beyond our reasonable control i.e. acts of God, rioting, floods, fire etc. as a guide. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us.

Customs (Applicable to Non UK Countries)

NB   You may be responsible for import duties and shipments may be subject to delay due to customs. Please contact your local customs office to confirm whether or not you may be liable for local taxes and duty upon arrival of any products supplied by Sabre Leather Co. from the UK to you or your freight agent.  Further information may be obtained from the USPS, UPS, FedEx and World Customs Organisation sites.

Damaged Goods

All your goods should arrive in perfect condition, however, if you do receive goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, please notify the courier on delivery and advise Sabre Leather Co within 48 hours of receipt. This applies to any items that may appear to be missing, unless stated on the invoice that the item is currently out of stock. If any items are not to be used straight away, we advise customers to check that the goods have been received in perfect condition and working order. The company will do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact. We will not accept responsibility for any additional expenses occurred due to late or incomplete deliveries.

Returns Procedure

All goods returned must be clearly labelled and have full documentation enclosed including the reason for return.

Distance Selling regulations allow for a cooling off period of 14 days from receipt of goods covered under the legislation.  Customers may return specified goods without reason within this period for a refund.  This excludes goods made to the consumer's specifications.   Goods returned must be complete, unopened and in their original packaging in a re-saleable 'new' condition.  When trying items for size, all swing tickets must be left intact, they must not be buckled or billeted up, only having the ends run up through the keepers, to avoid marking the leather, then returned in their original packaging
If the goods are not in a re-saleable "new" condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct up to 20% of the purchase price from the refunded amount.

The cost of returning and appropriately insuring the goods until satisfactory receipt by the Company will be borne entirely by the customer.
NB - Please obtain a "Proof of Posting", as the refund of any undelivered items which cannot be verified as posted, will not be provided by us.

If a refund is required

We will refund you the price you paid minus the original delivery charge.  If your item was purchased under a free delivery option, a standard fee of a minimum of £ 5.00 will be deducted from the refund amount.  Refunds will be issued within 28 days of receipt of the returned goods to the Company.  We will apply the refund to your original payment method only.  Carriage charges,  are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty.


Every effort has been made to ensure that the specifications on this Website are correct at the time of going to print however technical data, dimensions and weights serve only as a guide. Sometimes product specifications may change, in such instances we'll do our very best to inform you when placing your order. All our sizes and measurements are approximate and the utmost care is taken to ensure the accuracy of these dimensions. No guarantee is given or implied that goods will confirm in absolute detail to the description or illustrations published.

Printing & Pricing Errors

In the event a product is listed at a wrong price due to a typographical (human) error or incorrect pricing information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed prior to a contract being made.

Statutory Rights

These terms and conditions do not effect your statutory rights as a customer.

Product Guarantees

All products carry a standard 12 month guarantee. Should any fault arise within the first 12 months of ownership due to faulty materials or workmanship, we will, at our discretion, take necessary steps to repair or replace the defective part.  This does not apply to faults caused by weather damage, accident, neglect, excessive wear & tear or misuse, for which there will be no repair or exchange. The guarantee will be deemed invalid if goods have not been treated in accordance with our instructions and/or have been altered. The guarantee for the goods of the initial purchaser, is non-transferable. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Gift Vouchers

The Gift Voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and will show as an Expiry date on the Voucher, which is not extendable.  Any Vouchers, lost, stolen or otherwise unable to be used by the purchaser or recipient of the Voucher, will not be re-issued.  The Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.  Your Gift Voucher may be used in full or part payment for purchases. In the case of part payments you will be required to pay for the outstanding amount of the purchase by an alternative method such as a debit or credit card, a PayPal Account or BACS Bank Transfer.   No credit or carry-over will be given if the purchases are below the value of the Gift Voucher.   Any returns and exchanges for goods purchased will be subject to our normal trading terms and conditions with regard to condition/usage etc.   The value of the Voucher cannot be refunded as cash, if no exchange has been accepted by the Voucher holder.
